Washington se prepara para  dividir "separar el mundo en dos" Thierry Meyssan

La ONU cooperará con la OTAN, pero no con la Organización de Cooperación de Shanghai (OCS)

Cooperación Reunión del Consejo de Seguridad entre las Naciones Unidas y las organizaciones regionales y subregionales en el mantenimiento de la paz y la seguridad internacionales .

Moscú convocó a una reunión especial del Consejo de Seguridad el 28 de octubre de 2016, para debatir la cooperación entre la ONU y algunas organizaciones regionales. Embajador Vladimir Churkin, quien entonces presidía el Consejo, invitó al representante de la Comunidad de Estados Independientes (Rusia, Sergey Ivanov, CEI), la Organización del Tratado de Seguridad (general ruso Nikolai Bordyuzha, OTSC) y la Organización de Cooperación de Shanghai (Tayikistán Rashid Alimov y SCO).

Los tres Secretarios Generales presentó el trabajo de sus organizaciones - la cooperación entre los estados de la antigua Unión Soviética para la CEI, una alianza militar de la OTSC, y una cooperación regional para estabilizar el centro de Asia para el SCO. Hicieron hincapié en su contribución a la ONU relativa a la lucha contra el tráfico de drogas y el terrorismo - dos temas que son aprobados unánimemente por la comunidad internacional, aunque todo el mundo sabe que estas plagas son creados y controlados por los Estados Unidos.

Aunque todo empezó bien, y los diferentes embajadores que son miembros del Consejo de Seguridad se congratulatng unos a los otros en este soplo de aire fresco, la reunión tuvo un giro para peor después de las presentaciones de los embajadores de Ucrania y los Estados Unidos. Preocupado por la prevención de estas tres organizaciones de perturbar el monopolio de la OTAN y la Unión Europea, que acusaron a Rusia de todo tipo de delitos, y denunciaron estas organizaciones como las cubiertas destinadas a enmascarar la expansión de Rusia. El embajador de Estados Unidos llegó a la conclusión de que, en estas condiciones, no era posible prever cualquier forma de cooperación de la ONU con estas organizaciones, incluyendo la OCS, en otras palabras, también con China.

Encontramos aquí la posición mantenida por varios participantes durante la Conferencia de Ginebra 2 - mientras que todo el mundo es, en teoría, unidos contra el terrorismo, Washington no ve este problema como una prioridad, pero pone las demandas de su propio imperialismo primera. Excepto que esta vez, no ha atacado a Siria, pero ofendido Rusia y China.

por eso el mundo está pagando por la niebla que ha rodeado a la lucha contra el terrorismo desde 2001. Recordemos que el terrorismo no es un enemigo en sí mismo, sino un método de combate utilizado por los enemigos.

Washington ha cerrado así la única salida que estaba abierto a ella. El gobierno de Obama se niega a reconocer el desarrollo de Rusia, principal potencia militar convencional del mundo, y de China, principal potencia económica del mundo. Se niega a dejar de lado la organización unipolar del mundo que fue creado después de «Tormenta del Desierto», en 1991, y lleva a cabo sus guerras en el Levante y en Ucrania con el único fin de cortar las dos rutas de suministro de la tierra de China a Occidental Europa.

Teniendo en cuenta que su posición es insostenible en el corto plazo, y que no quiere una guerra mundial, Washington se prepara para separar el mundo en dos. Esto no significa que una repetición de la Guerra Fría, donde el mundo era uno, aunque haya sido administrado por dos potencias, sino una nueva estructura - en un lado un mundo unipolar regido por los Estados Unidos solamente, y por otro una serie de estados independientes y refractarios cooperan entre sí alrededor de Rusia y china, y con el menor número posible de puentes entre estos dos mundos . Esto implica el fin del libre comercio mundial, la organización del comercio mundial y la globalización económica, y por lo tanto constituye un paso atrás enorme.

Si Washington persiste en esta dirección, se tendrá que retirar militares de Siria y permitir que la paz de regreso - excepto en la frontera iraquí, donde mantendrá su interdicción de la ruta de la seda. Debido a los Estados Unidos en esta ocasión, una barrera impenetrable dará la vuelta al mundo y dividen a la humanidad, al igual que el muro de Berlín separó la población de la ex capital de Alemania, dividiendo sus familias desde hace casi medio siglo. Por lo tanto, será muy difícil para los sirios, que huyeron a países extranjeros para escapar de los yihadistas, volver a casa y unirse con sus familias de nuevo. Y llegará a ser imposible para un occidental para pasar sus vacaciones en Moscú o comprar ordenadores chinos.

Moscow called for a special meeting of the Security Council on 28 October 2016, to debate the cooperation between the UNO and certain regional organisations. Ambassador Vladimir Churkin, who was then presiding the Council, invited the representative of the Commonwealth of Independent States (Russian Sergey Ivanov, CIS), the Collective Security Treaty Organisation (Russian General Nikolai Bordyuzha, CSTO) and the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (Tajik Rashid Alimov, SCO).

The three General Secretaries presented the work of their organisations – cooperation between the states of the ex-Soviet Union for the CIS, a military alliance for the CSTO, and a regional cooperation to stabilise central Asia for the SCO. They stressed their contribution to the UNO concerning the fight against drug trafficking and terrorism – two subjects which are unanimously approved by the international community, although everyone knows that these plagues are created and controlled by the United States.

Although everything started well, and the different ambassadors who are members of the Security Council were congratulatng one another on this breath of fresh air, the meeting took a turn for the worse after the presentations by the ambassadors of Ukraine and the United States. Concerned about preventing these three organisations from troubling the monopoly of NATO and the European Union, they accused Russia of all sorts of crimes, and denounced these organisations as covers intended to mask Russian expansionism. The US ambassador concluded that, in these conditions, it was not possible to envisage any form of cooperation of the UNO with these organisations, including the SCO, in other words, also with China.

We find here the position held by various participants during Geneva Conference 2 – while everyone is in theory united against terrorism, Washington does not see this problem as being a priority, but puts the demands of its own imperialism first. Except that this time, it has not attacked Syria, but offended both Russia and China.

The world is therefore paying for the fog that has surrounded the fight against terrorism since 2001. Let us remember that terrorism is not an enemy in itself, but a method of combat used by enemies.

Washington has thus closed the only exit that was open to it. The Obama administration refuses to recognise the development of Russia, the world’s major conventional military power, and of China, the world’s major economic power. It refuses to let go of the unipolar organisation of the world which was set up after «Desert Storm», in 1991, and pursues its wars in the Levant and in Ukraine with the unique aim of cutting the two land supply routes from China to Western Europe.

Given that its position is untenable in the short term, and that it does not want a World War, Washington is preparing to separate the world in two. This does not mean a replay of the Cold War, where the world was one, even if it was administered by two powers, but a new structure – on one side a unipolar world governed by the United States alone, and on the other a number of independent and refractory states cooperating together around Russia and China, and with the fewest possible number of bridges between these two worlds. This implies the end of world free trade, the organisation of world commerce, and economic globalisation, and thus constitutes a gigantic step backwards.

If Washington persists in this direction, it will have to withdraw militarily from Syria and allow peace to return – except on the Iraqi border, where it will maintain its interdiction of the Silk Road. Because of the United States this time, an impenetrable barrier will circle the globe and divide Humanity, just as the Berlin Wall separated the population of the ex-capital of Germany, dividing its families for almost half a century. It will therefore become very difficult for the Syrians, who fled to foreign lands to escape the jihadists, to return home and join with their families again. And it will become impossible for a Westerner to spend his holidays in Moscow or buy Chinese computers.
